Santa Fe continues to be one of the most popular Southwest destinations for both business events and personal travel. The hospitality industry is Santa Fe’s second largest industry employer. This course will provide you an overview of the many diverse career opportunities available and a look inside the workplace environment of the exciting world of hospitality. This training is perfect for individuals seeking to learn more about the hospitality industry and have a competitive advantage when applying for jobs as well as individuals currently working in hospitality who would like to advance in their position. Topics covered include: Effective Communication, Professional Presence, Guest Experience, and Guest Recovery. Upon successful completion of the series, participants will receive micro credentials issued by SFCC in the form of a digital badge. Scholarships for New Mexico residents may be available.
