The secret to great cooking is having a few great sauces up your sleeve. Today we arm you with exactly that. Our saucy menu includes: A Great Red Sauce, Alfredo Sauce, Red Chile Sauce, Beurre Blanc, Marsala Sauce, Hollandaise, Remoulade, Creme Anglaise, and Homemade Caramel Sauce. We will then create a complete menu to celebrate our newfound skills with dishes including Spaghetti Marinara, Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Marsala, Asparagus Hollandaise, Plum Crumble, and more.
