This outdoor walking practice is focused on the incredible technology of walking as meditation to rebalance left and right hemispheres of the body. Walking in multi-sensory relationship to the natural world, we’ll use our time to tune in alignment, balance, stability, and mobility of the feet, legs, hips, and upper body. Together, we’ll renew an appreciation for the dynamic harmony inherent in walking to experience our own coordination, powers of observation, and relationship with all life forms, experiencing the simplicity to complexity of interwoven systems and everything between!
