After time in the Santa Fe County Extension Herb Garden, learn tips and tricks for starting your own Spring Herb Garden. Explore and create delicious, non-alcoholic mocktails and soothing teas using fresh and dried herbs, like lemon balm, hibiscus, basil, and lavender in the Santa Fe Cooperative Extension Teaching Kitchen. Discover how to make herbal syrups, blend your own tea infusions, and craft beautiful drinks. This class includes tastings, take-home recipes, and tea blending. Enjoy natural wellness with a twist!
