Each class will include a short introduction to wellness practices to get us centered and moving as we navigate the winter months. Winter is a great time for introspection supported by our gentle yoga practice to open and strengthen your body. You'll explore yoga, meditation, and pranayama breathing techniques experientially. Join this welcoming and gentle class with contemplative practices designed to improve cognition, decrease anxiety and generate a centered mind body state conducive to health and well-being.
