Today we teach you the art of making the perfect Italian Pizzeria -style pizza. Las Cosas sells the amazing Ooni Pizza Ovens which we will use to create our perfect pies. We will also show how great results can also be achieved in your home oven. Our menu includes: A Great Red Sauce, White Pizza with Truffle Oil, Pear and Arugula, Pizza Puttanesca, Pizza Margherita and more. Both slow-rise and fast-rise doughs will be discussed and sampled. You'll receive a 10% discount on selected cookware after the class. Molto Bene!
