In honor of Earth Day, we'll explore and create a great vegetarian menu from around the world. Join us for this tasty, healthy menu that includes: Confit of Tomatoes on Cheddar Biscuits, Punjabi-style Cauliflower and Potatoes, Australian Okra, Israeli Shakshuka, Tex-Mex Chili with Grits, Asparagus -Parmesan-Poached Egg-Roasted Tomatoes -White Truffle Salad, and Stone-fruit Crisp for dessert. You'll  receive a 10% discount on selected cookware after the class.
