I hear this regularly, so today we will teach you how to select, store, cook and sauce a variety of fresh seafood. Seafood is naturally low fat, healthy, quick and easy to prepare. Today we'll make Santa Fe Cured Smoked Salmon, Filet of Sole Meuniere, Baked Trout Almondine, Vietnamese Sweet and Sour Fish Soup, and a great party dish; Halibut and Fennel en Papillote. Don't be a fish out of water and miss this educational class. You'll receive a 10% discount on selected cookware after the class.
