A Deep Dive into the Heritage Arts of New Mexico

Take a deep dive into the unique arts of New Mexico with Nuevo Mexicano Heritage Arts Museum! This course, held at the museum and will include a dynamic mix of lectures, exhibit tours, behind the scene collections tours, artist talks, artist workshops and more. Examples of sessions include visits to our textile storage to discuss historic and contemporary weavings and colcha with a textile expert, trying our hand at different artforms with award winning artists, meeting with conservators to learn about their projects, and much more.
