Tai Chi classes consist of warm up movements and 12-18 forms of the Sun Style. Tai Chi movements are fluid, gentle, graceful and circular movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. These movements have many agile (forward and backward) movements to improve mobility and balance. Movements incorporate Tai Chi breathing known as Dan Tian breathing as well as Qigong movements which help breathing and relaxation. Tai Chi is known for its health benefits.
