Session 2: Building Trust, Establishing Goals, & Leveraging Diversity (Three Hours) Participants will focus on trust-building, role clarity, and goal setting, while incorporating the importance of leveraging diversity.
Session 3: Problem Solving, Decision Making, & Book Discussion (Three Hours)Participants will incorporate The Five Dysfunctions of a Team into discussions on team dysfunctions and maturity while focusing on solutions for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
