Environmental stressors trigger the production of oxidative stress in every living thing on the planet. In plants, we know this to be an essential oil. When introduced, they help the human body to slow down its production of inflammatory hormones. Because no two bodies react to stressors in the exact same way, this course reveals the unique differences in various plant extracts, the importance of systemic relief and setting a safety standard for both consumers and practitioners. In this course you learn the unique differences between various oils, factors affecting quality and safety as well as how the chemistry of essential oils either supports or adversely reacts with medications. The goal of this class is to empower your choices and health. The content of this class is not meant to diagnose any condition.
