Tai Chi 2 is a class that builds on the 12-18 forms of the Sun Style that were learned in Tai Chi. The forms learned in the first session of Tai Chi will serve as a base for the new forms to be learned in this class. It is not required to have taken the Tai Chi class, but it is highly recommended. Tai Chi 2 will allow the participant to add additional forms to their Tai Chi practice. Tai Chi movements are fluid, graceful, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow. Tai Chi is known for its health benefits. Tai Chi strengthens muscles, mobilizes joints, improves physical fitness and mental relaxation.
