MBSR is a long-standing and highly researched program offering tools to address stress and overwhelm and the emotional, mental, and physical responses to life's challenges. You will learn to empower yourself to recognize and cultivate your own capacity to manage stress and bring greater clarity, balance, and joy into your life. We will discuss how stress manifests and methods to recognize and mediate habitual reactions with compassion, kindness, and wisdom. Interactive exercises, discussion, and meditation will help you understand and grow your own ability to not just manage but to thrive.
