Crew Leader: Online
This 15 hour online class covers all the topics related to the Crew Leader that are not part of the Retrofit Installer job and is considered Comprehensive Training. For example, crew management, communication, health and safety for the crew and more. This aligns with the NREL Job Task Analysis for a Crew Leader.
Assessments are done by short quizzes, discussions and assignments, which Include sending videos of the participant completing different diagnostic tasks.
Approved for 15 BPI CEUs.
