Culinary Tour of Spain

In this class, Chef Johnny Vee takes you on an edible tour of sunny Spain. You will explore the delicious dishes and sauces we associate with this centuries old cuisine. You'll start with tasty tapas, including Tortilla Española, Croquetas de Jamón, Pintxos of Dates-Blue Cheese- Bacon, Pan con tomate, Escalivada, and Patatas Bravas with Smoked Paprika Aioli, followed by a classic Seafood Paella, and for dessert, creamy Creme Catalan.
