At 7000', Santa Fe offers special challenges to cooks who are accustomed to cooking at sea level. In this class, let Chef Johnny Vee take the terror out of baking in Santa Fe's unique high and dry environment. You will learn invaluable tips for adjusting recipes to achieve perfect results every time. You will have the opportunity to compare the results achieved from making the high-altitude adjustments with a batch of the recipe baked unadjusted. During this class, you will prepare: Quick Focaccia, Buttermilk Biscuits, Green Chile Cheddar Souffle, Flourless Chocolate Cake, and more. Class is held in the beautiful Las Cosas Kitchen Shoppe in DeVargas Center. Students will receive a 10% discount coupon to shop with following the class.
