The art of dance cultivates the body, mind, and spirit in a playful celebration that enlivens awareness and creativity. In each session, we will explore a different component of motion. After initial stretching, strengthening, and warming up our bodies, we build a dance as the class moves across the studio. Each experience is structured in a way that can be appreciated at all levels of training. The class culminates with the opportunity for each dancer to find a personal journey with improvisation and the elements of choreography.
