In this Youth Mental Health First Aid course, you'll build practical skills to identify early warning signs and offer initial support. You'll learn how to connect adolescents to appropriate care and resources. We cover how to support young people through common crises such as panic attacks, substance use, and acute emotional distress. Designed for adults who interact with youth, this training equips you to respond with confidence and compassion. Successful completion earns a nationally recognized certification valid for 3 years in our community.
