Through lecture, discussion and cooking recipes in your own home, discover the options within the Whole Foods Plant-Based diet. Learn about behavior change techniques and enjoy seasonal recipes. Your instructor, Evelyn Eigner-Herrera, has completed nutritional studies at Cornell University and through Plant Pure Communities and Moving Medicine Forward. You will receive recipes in advance so you can gather supplies and cook together using the tools you have at home. Online local class delivered through Zoom.
