Spring is a great time to get moving in the great outdoors! Join us for a morning in the mountains to learn natural movement techniques among the ponderosa pines. We’ll begin with a basic warm up routine and a short hike. Using the natural landscape as obstacles, we’ll progress with agility, balance, and resistance training. An optional 25-foot Climbing Wall is your final challenge! This self-paced, fun group experience also focuses on the mind-body connection with a cool-down meditative spiral walk and guided imagery session. Dress for active outdoor movement and bring lunch and a refillable water bottle. This course is presented by the nonprofit Wilderness Institute and takes place at the Santa Fe Tree House Camp and Wilderness Preserve.
