Foundation of a Middle Manager

Learn how management styles influence time management, decision-making, problem-solving, and adapting to others' styles to maximize each employee's potential. You'll need to purchase the Everything DiSC® Management assessment prior to the start of the class. The assessment will be sent to you in a separate email. Please reserve about 15-30 minutes to take the assessment. Once you have completed it, you'll receive a full profile via email. Bring a printed copy of the profile to the workshop, as this will be our primary document we will use for training that day.
