Leading with Vision

Master a unified leadership model based on vision, alignment, and execution. Gain insights into your leadership style in each area and how these tendencies impact effectiveness in various situations. You'll need to purchase the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® assessment prior to the start of the class. The assessment will be sent to you in a separate email. Please reserve about 15-30 minutes to take the assessment. Once you have completed it, you will receive a full profile via email. Bring a printed copy of the profile to the workshop, as this will be our primary document we will use for training that day.
