Productive Conflict Strategies

Enhance self-awareness of conflict behaviors, recognizing that conflict is inevitable. Equip your team with techniques to minimize destructive behaviors and respond effectively to conflict situations. You'll need to purchase the Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict assessment prior to the start of class. The assessment will be sent to you in a separate email. Please reserve about 15-30 minutes to take the assessment. Once you have completed it, you will receive a full profile via email. Bring a printed copy of the profile to the workshop, as this will be our primary document we will use for training that day.
