This course offers students a supportive space to establish a daily meditation practice. Each class includes Mindfulness Meditation instruction, a seated meditation, group discussions, and time for questions and sharing. Between sessions, you are encouraged to practice Mindfulness Meditation for 10 to 20 minutes, 5 days a week. Alongside meditation, you'll explore other mindfulness practices such as drawing games and mindful eating. These practices help cultivate self-compassion and, over time, foster a grounded sense of peace, freedom, and well-being, even in turbulent times.
