Sharpen your black and white vision of the world surrounding you in this intermediate level course. We'll provide assignments and a field trip with instructor supervised time in the darkroom. Learn more about grain and contrast control or film speed manipulation. Explore the critical relationship between camera exposure and film processing for the final print. The course includes darkroom demonstrations and print reviews to help you improve your technique. Also, enjoy a night photography field trip to practice your skills in unique lighting conditions. This class is perfect for those who want to move beyond the basics and master the art of traditional photography. Join us to elevate your artistic vision and technical darkroom expertise. The first three hours of each class session consists of formal instruction and demonstration. The remaining time will be used as Supervised Open Studio time for enrolled students.
