This course will focus on the skills and tools to have more effective conversations - from 1-on-1 conversations, or small and large groups - whether you are a participant or a facilitator. In this 2-day workshop, you'll learn skills of appreciative listening, asking effective questions, using a framework to design conversations and meetings to be more effective, and practice using these skills in real-world applications.
