Investigate gentle yoga practices that increase overall health and well-being. Examine the research on contemplative practices in nature and their impact on personal wellness. These techniques improve cognition and decrease anxiety while generating a centered mind state conducive to health. Explore cutting edge peer reviewed research that supports the power of these practices. We define the importance of mind and body coherence in mental and physical well-being. Each class will introduce a concept in a short presentation followed by an integrated yoga practice. Join us to discover how merging ancient movement with nature can transform your health and provide a deeper sense of peace in your daily life.
