FREE for NM residents. 
This is a comprehensive class starts online and finishes with a 1-day in person hands on training. It starts with the basics of heat pumps, installation and design concerns, sizing and choosing equipment, homeowner education, control strategies and more, specific to ALL climates. It is focused on retrofitting existing homes and has been designed for Energy Auditors, QCIs and HVAC contractors who would like to learn more about this important technology.

    • Part 1 Online pre-course: Sept 22 - Oct 6, 2026 (8 hours in total- self paced). 
    • Part 2 In person hands on October 6, 2026, 8am- 5pm
